Hit Network buildData

MyOS Lead Engine

Describe your ideal customer and get a reviewable list of matching local businesses.

Problem

Operators who sell to business owners work through their warm network, then fall back on bought cold lists that go stale. Building fresh lists by hand is slow.

What we built

  • A customer-profile form for each company Target roles, industry, revenue and headcount range, and territory down to city and ZIP.
  • Business discovery across the chosen territory, deduplicated, with a limit on how many businesses each run works through.
  • Owner lookup from each company's own public website, when the site names one.
  • Work email lookup with a deliverability check. Failed emails are left off, and uncertain ones are flagged for review.
  • A confidence score on every lead, sorted into verified or needs review, plus a review queue to approve or reject and Excel export.
  • Spend controls Hard caps per run and per month, cost reserved before each paid call, and a spend panel. A run that hits its cap keeps the leads it already paid for.
  • Multi-company setup Adding a company is a form, not new code, and each company keeps its own lead list.

Result

Live on Hit Network's own workspace with real data. An operator sets a profile, clicks Find owners, confirms the spend limit, and gets a reviewable list of local businesses, with the owner and a verified email where they can be found. Spend caps are live in production.

How a run works

  1. Set the customer profile Target roles, industry, revenue and headcount range, and territory (country, metro, city, ZIP).
  2. Paid, real-data runs stay off until an admin switches them on.
  3. Discover businesses in the territory by industry and location, deduplicated.
  4. Reserve cost against the per-run and monthly caps before each paid call.
  5. Find the owner from the company's public website.
  6. Role check keeps only the target roles.
  7. Find the work email, then check it. Undeliverable emails are dropped; uncertain ones are flagged for review.
  8. Score confidence and sort into verified or needs review.
  9. Human review Approve or reject, then export to Excel.
