Privacy policy
MyOS is a brand of Hit Network. This policy covers myosagent.com: what we collect, why, who helps us run the site, and how to reach us about your information. We are based in the United States.
What we collect
- Your work email, when you ask for the workflow checklist. The form also records the time, the page you sent it from and which version of the site you saw.
- Booking details, when you book an AI consultation. Booking happens on Calendly, which collects what you enter there under its own privacy policy.
- Basic visit data. Our hosting provider receives your IP address and browser details when pages load. Our analytics count visits in aggregate and do not identify you.
We do not ask for payment details, government IDs or other sensitive information on this site.
How we use it
- To send you the workflow checklist and follow up about MyOS services. Ask us to stop at any time.
- To prepare for and run a consultation you booked.
- To see which pages people use, in aggregate, so we can improve the site.
- To keep the site secure and working.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to train third-party AI models.

We may also share information when the law requires it, such as a valid court order.
Cookies and browser storage
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie to filter bot traffic. The workflow checklist page saves your ticks in your own browser storage; that data stays on your device and is never sent to us.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until you ask us to delete it or we no longer need it for the uses above. Analytics are kept only as aggregate counts.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop emailing you. Email eron@hitnetwork.com and we will respond within 30 days. California and EU or UK residents have these rights under their local laws, and we honor them for everyone.
Children
This site is for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
When our practices change we update this page and the date at the top.
