Who is MyOS for?
MyOS is built for Operator CEOs doing $5M to $250M in annual revenue. The ideal client is an Operator CEO in a low-tech sector who wants AI to recover time and margin, not add software complexity.
What does MyOS actually build?
MyOS identifies three workflows leaking the most time and margin from your business, then builds AI to run them inside the tools you already use. Common examples include lead response, inbox triage, weekly ops reporting, and meeting prep and follow-up.
How fast do you see results?
The setup is planned for two weeks, from the consultation to a live system inside the tools you already use. After launch, MyOS tunes the system every week.
What does it cost?
The AI consultation is free and takes 30 minutes. The Managed System starts from $1,500 per month. A Custom Build is quoted after the consultation.
Is this AI consulting or done-for-you AI?
Done-for-you. MyOS does not produce strategy decks and leave you to implement. The deliverable is a live AI system running inside your business. MyOS builds it, runs it, tunes it weekly, and reports on it monthly.
What is the HIT Fitness result?
HIT Fitness & Boxing is a Marietta, Georgia boxing gym and in-house proof for MyOS. After the site relaunched on May 15, 2026, it reached #1 organic for “Marietta boxing gym” in about a week and logged 14 signups before any paid ads ran. Source: self-reported by the MyOS and Hit Network team.
Does MyOS work for local businesses or only mid-market operators?
MyOS primarily serves Operator CEOs at $5M to $250M in revenue. HIT Fitness shows the system can ship fast and create movement at the local business level, but the core service offering and pricing are scoped for larger operators.
What AI tools does MyOS use?
MyOS uses the AI tools best suited to each workflow, including large language models, automation platforms, and reporting infrastructure. The client does not need to purchase or manage a new stack. Systems are integrated into tools the business already runs.
Do I need to know anything about AI?
No. The AI consultation is 30 minutes with a senior operator, not a technical briefing. You describe how your business runs. MyOS identifies where AI should go. You approve the plan. MyOS builds and runs it.
What happens if it does not work?
The Managed System is tuned every week and reported on every month, so problems surface early. There are no cancellation penalties. The consultation itself carries no obligation.
